Corey Briskey, MPH, has been with Duke since 2014 where she serves dual roles as the Project Coordinator for the Community Connections and Collaborations Core (C4) and the Duke-Johnson & Johnson Nurse Leadership Program, within the Duke Division of Community Health. In her role with C4 she contribute to strategic planning and design of C4 initiatives and services. With the Duke-Johnson & Johnson Nurse Leadership Program, Corey develops the on-site and distance-based leadership and management curriculum for 30 advanced practice nurse fellows. She also manages the social media initiatives for the program. Corey earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College at Brockport in 2009 and her Master of Public Health with a concentration in Community Health and Health Behavior in June, 2012, from the University at Buffalo. Corey has experience in public health program planning, implementation, and evaluation for community health projects in underserved populations. She is passionate about truly creating a sustainable environment for improving population health through community engagement, capacity building, and empowerment.
